 New Kids Pics

 The girls in Rockland gave out a 2 Mongooses to some needy kids in there neighboorhood.

 They put on some stickers and spray painted them on 9/21/2008

 Child #266 changed his mind pm 9/ 20/08 and traded the yellow Thruster for this brand new Huffy.

Then he got this Mongoose after he put a hour doing some tasks around my house.

 I showed them how to fix there bikes a group of his friends like 5 of them.

#267 is a child who came over and I fixed his bike and showed him how to fix it.

 Didn't get his moms permission to take a picture.

The newest child #268 on 9/20/08 

 This kid is a friend from 2 years ago when we started the bike drive,

  him and his brother have been moving around my neighborhood for 2 years now,

I found him again and he said his last bike got stolen I gave him so I got him another one.

He promoised me he would put it in his garage.

This girl was having fun with a bike I just fixed for a child.

 This lucky 5 year old has a great foster mom. I can show you the bike, but not of the child and the bike.

 Because she is a foster child. We have to get the proper permission first.

 I told this lady from Playgroup I had some bikes. She has fostered 15 kids so far. She came over and picked one out.

 I said sure I can put training wheels from this bike. Well it turns out that bike had thick bars you could not attach the safety bar.

That did not work and the wrong bolt. So I tried my sons his didn't work. So I tried another bike to small not the right parts.

So I tried to get ahold of the lady I did not have her number. Called the head of Playgroup, who never called me back.

 I ended up going to Walmart and purchased a $10 pair of training wheels.

My husband had to help me put them on. I did not want to disappoint the lady or the 5 year old.

The lady was nice she knew I went out of my way for the training wheels so she gave me $20.00.

 Now I can purchase 2 more pairs. New pics coming soon with her on it.
